Design Considerations:
When the liquid level sensor acquisition circuit is designed, the circuit and software control should pay attention to it. The use of the liquid level switch cannot be judged simply by the high and low potentials. For example, for a microcontroller, the voltage of the I/O port is greater than 0.7VDD, which is considered to be a high potential. The voltage of the I/O port is less than 0.3VDD, which is considered to be a low potential, and the voltage between 0.3VDD and 0.7VDD. Whether it is high or low is uncertain. Therefore, we must use the A / D port to achieve the normal operation of the level switch. After the voltage data is sampled, the data is analyzed. It can be sampled every 0.1 seconds. If the voltage of 10 consecutive samples is greater than 0.15V, it is considered to be no water. If the voltage of 10 consecutive samples is less than 0.15V, it is considered to be water. Solve the environment with steam, and the problem of scale is also solved; At the same time, it must be remembered: the tail of the liquid level switch must be kept dry, do not let the water vapor get inside the switch, or it will fail. Use waterproof type.
